Belt conveyer manufactured by Henan Zhongke Engineering and Technology Co.,Ltd. bears such merits as large convey quantity, simple structure, convenient maintenance and standard parts etc. The conveyors consist of standard parts, which are advanced and simple in structure, easy to maintain. Our vibrating equipment is adaptable for stationary and mobile crushing plants. They are widely used in mining, metallurgical and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump materials, or packaged materials. According to different transferring equipment, the transfer system can be one independently or multi-conveyors or combined with other transfer equipments. The belt conveyor can be installed horizontally or aslope to meet the needs of different transfer lines.
The belt conveyors produced by SJLC can be operated in the temperature situation ranging from -20 to +40. The temperature of transferred material by this belt conveyor should be lower than 50.The types of the belt conveyors produced by SJLC are as follows:

1. Devided by Driving Method:

a. STDMechanical DriveIts driven by cycloidal pinwheel reducer (with outdoor motor ) and chain-drive mechanism.
b. STDJ Mechanical Drive Series .It adopts upside-down reducer and belt-drive mechanize.
c. STD-Electric Rotor Drive SeriesIts driven by electric rotor.

2. Divided by Installation Methods
a. Fixed SeriesIts directly installed on foundation.
b. SDY-Portable SeriesIt can be easily and freely moved and the capacity can be adjusted.

3. Divided by Structures:
The belt conveyors produced by SJLC have three different structures.
a. U-steel b. Framec. Truss

Belt conveyor Working principle:
The motor drives the driving rollers of the belt conveyor, and drives the roller by the strong belt advances. Materials are conveyed from the original place to the place where they are needed.

The capacity in this table is the transferred quantity calculated under the following conditions: the density of the transferred material is 1.0t/ m31.6t/ m3, the transferring angle is ≤18, and stacking angle of the transferred material is 30. 2. The belt conveyor is used to transfer the material the density of which is less than 2.5t/ m3 . 3 .The length of the belt conveyor is limitless.
