1. Introduction and Application :Belt conveyer is a kind of machine that to transfer the material continuously. The belt works under the effect of frictional force. Its transfer capacity is high, transfer distance is long. They are widely used in mining, metallurgical and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump material, or packaged material. In many situations, it is a very important component of nonstandard machinery.2. Working principle:Belt conveyer mainly consists of frame, conveying belt, belt drum, tension device and gearing. The body is connected by high-quality steel plate and formed by high-low discrepancy of front and rear legs. The body surface shows a certain angle of incline. The frame, outfit with belt drum and carrier roller, is used for driving and supporting the conveying belt. The belt conveyer is driven by reducing motor or motorized pulley.
The conveyors consist of standard parts, which are advanced and simple in structure, easy to maintain.
